Rules
- Each round lasts 60s. Entries close 25s after start. Entry size 0.01–10 SOL.
- Strike = Binance 1s candle open at round start. Close = Binance 1s candle at round end (public, keyless data).
- UP wins if close > strike, DOWN wins if close < strike. Equal price = tie, everyone refunded.
- One side per wallet per round: repeated clicks on the same side add up; the opposite side is locked.
- If only one side has entries, the round is No-Contest: full refund, no fee.
- House fee: 3% of the total pool, only on contested rounds.
